I purchased this k*y by accident on Kinguin and I cannot be activated in Slovakia.
The key is for Latin America. If you like the game and you are quick, it is yours to enjoy.
It is in the picture. Last two characters of the *ey are 8M

Please let me/us know if it worked for you so other people don't waste their time.
