Budget (including currency): Up to 4000-4500 PLN

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming, CS2, Cyberpunk, Lineage II, other MMOs

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
My current setup:
Motherboard: MSI B360 Gaming Plus
CPU: Intel Core i5-8600k
GPU: MSI GTX 1660 Ti Gaming X 16GB
RAM: GSkill Trident Z RGB 16GB RAM
Case: Silentium PC Regnum RG4 RGB
Power supply: SIL PC VERO M2 600W MOD BRONZE
SSD: WD 1TB M.2 PCIe NVME Blue SN570

I am a gamer, who's started to finally earn some decent money - therefore I am looking to upgrade my motherboard, CPU and GPU. Here are the things that I chose based on some online guides and rankings:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B760 GAMING X DDR4
CPU: Intel Core i5-13500 2.5 GHz
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Ventus 3x OC 16GB GDDR6

Are those picks any good? Also, would I need a new power supply for those upgrades or will the current one be good enough?
One more thing - CPU cooling - currently I have SilentiumPC Fera 3 120mm - should I upgrade it too?

I am open to all suggestions!

Thank you brob, is CPU/GPU/MB combo good though?

Nothing wrong with the choices. Everyone has different preferences. Many might suggest an RX 7700 XT GPU instead of the RTX 4060 Ti for a gaming system. But that would depend on local pricing.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Going 13th gen on DDR4 is pointless. Better drop to 12th gen like 12700k or even better - go AMD with the 5800X3D if gaming performance is what you are after:

With DDR4 you are really suffocating the 13500. In 95% of the cases it needs DDR5 to perform. In very few games it's performing on par with DDR4 memory. 13500 + DDR4  + 4060Ti will be about 35%-60% slower than 5800X3D + 7800XT on the same memory.
