At seemingly random times my system will freeze, HDD,Mouse and keyboard lights are all soild. No sound but frozen image on w/ever it was (last time I was playing LOL, Although this has happened while listening to music via clementine and playing TF2). Normally takes reseating of the graphics card to fix and/or multiple restarts (Mixture of holding power button, the PSU switch and the reset switch). HDD's don't make any abnormal noise (or even sound like they are under load). The issue shouldn't be overheating as the computer is cooling the room (Full NZXT Phantom with extra fan in front).

Any ideas on how to diagnose the problem?
Planning to run memtest and chckdisk

It might be worth checking out your memory, first.  Pull out your memory and find the sticker that says the brand, if you cant see one then it might be some cheap memory that is horrible.  Definitley run memtest and try run SeaTools by Seagate on your Seagate drives.

Okay so HDD's and SSD appear to be fine, the ram brand is apacer. The graphics card works in another motherboard. In addittion it looks likes my motherboard is taking longer to do its inital boot. Any ideas on what else to test? Tried a 280x toxic in it and another psu.
