Need help with dual display

I recently set up a secondary display alongside my main 4k display. The 4k display is plugged in to my GPU with the secondary a 1080p display plugged in to the motherboard, UHD 630. The issue I am having is that when I change the scaling of my secondary display it also changes the scaling of my primary display. I have checked the drivers of the UHD and they are up to date. Not sure what else I can do? How can I change just the scaling of my 1080p display, at 200 percent it is too big. The 4k at 200 percent is fine. I have tried Microsoft troubleshooting steps but they have not helped.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you might need to plug both into the GPU or make sure that the screens are not duplicated and are 2 monitors.
