Screen Flickering

Hi! 

I have been having flickers on my screen for the last 2 months.

The screen only flickers when i am on steam or on desktop and when i open my browser but when i play games or watch Youtube there is no flickering,

So far i have tried to ddu multiple times and install a lot different gpu drivers versions, 

 

My pc specs

AMD radeon RX 6600

Ryzen 5 5600

Corsair vengeance 16gb 3200mhz

600w power supply 

Monitor Xiaomi 30 inch 200Hz

i am kind of having the same issues with my LG TV that i am using. i dont think its my GPU as its only 2 years old so i am thinking the TV is failing because its admittedly old.
