Budget (including currency): 400

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk, League of Legends, Starfield, and Ghostrunner 2

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): currently I’m running a Ryzen 7 5800x Paired with an RTX 3060ti founder’s addition, 64 gb of Crucial LPX running at 3200 mgz, and an 850 watt power supply

For 400 USD you can't really get anything worth your money that'll be a real upgrade compared to the 3060ti.

For $400, I don;t think an upgrade is viable yet on the new scene, so I would advocate used.

 

For new, the best upgrade is the 7700XT which is a 25-30% boost.  Not worth it for my money.

 

Used though, you can probably find a 6900XT or a 6950XT which should give a 50%+ boost making it more palpable.

"Do what makes the experience better" - in regards to PCs and Life itself.
