High coolant and gpu temp

Ill keep this short 

I have a gpu only custom loop for my 3080ti. My cpu has its own aio. 

For the 3080ti i have a single 360mm slim rad. However i am hitting 83 c temps on the gpu and my coolant hits over 50c after gaming for a while (3 hours plus). 

Since it is a gpu only loop i thought a 360mm rad would be plenty so I am wondering what is causing the abysmal coolant and gpu temps. 
 

any help is appreciated 

Extra details: I have a corsair d5 pump res combo and the corsair gpu water block. I use acyrilic hardline tubing as well. 

I have 9 fans total and proper fan curves

gpu: 3080ti

case: O11 dynamic

cpu: 9900kf

psu: corsair rm 1200w

mobo: asus prime 7390 p

hi.. you should target 45C as max liquid temp for your rig. as above it, is when things start forming itself... 

 

1 slim 360 might be a little short,  and you should look at your air flow as well.  used canned smoke or something  

are your fans at max RPM during gaming? when it goes to 50c?

 

any temp change effect the rig, room temp, airflow, etc..
