Hey guys, so I successfully put together my computer and have been using it for about a month now. However, recently I've been looking in Task Manager and it's always at 100% memory usage! I have no viruses as I scan daily with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and it's really making me angry. Could someone shed some light on this

Also, when I do percent in memory usage, it doesn't even add up to 8GB. So why is it considered 98% when it's no where near that figure?

How many process are running?

I've looked around Task Manager and can't seem to find a process number. It used to be right on the bottom right or so on older versions. How would I go about figuring out the amount on Windows 8.1?

Reboot.  At startup, make a note of what processes are running and your memory usage.

59 "processes" in total, alot of these are due to things like "Service Host" without those included it is 50

Odd part is, in this screenshot it seems to be using alot more memory, but isn't in the red zone like the picture in my original post. What is going on?

EDIT #2: Okay, so I googled around and found this on the eightforums.

So, do I use this fix? I have an ASROCK Fatal1ty Z87 Killer

I go into Device Manager and see this. So would it be beneficial to apply this fix? According to my picture from the original post there was 7.4GB in the non-paged pool.
