Help with riser

BennyThePotato
Go to solution Solved by BennyThePotato,

I see, i have access to 3d printing so shouldnt be an that hard to make a  bracket.

I have bought the coolermaster riser cable as it was the only riser available to me. My case is the corsair 7000D.

I didnt really know if they were compatible and kindoff just hoped mounting for riser cables were standardised.

Am i doing something wrong or is this a compatability issue?

Compatibility issue. The cable bit is standardized, the little PCB that that screws into the case sadly not.

Riser cables are proprietary, but some may have similar hole spacing. You have to check what they were intended for, but it doesn't look to difficult to modify something to make it useable.
