Powerline and peripherals over LAN

Hey, I've been encountering some instabilities with WiFi (.11ac) over at our new place, mostly blaming it frequency saturation as there are many APs fighting over bandwidth. I've encountered it mostly with unstable ping and no fix has been definitive, even though they helped. I've been thinking about getting powerline adaptor, as even though the distance between pc and network gear is short irl (only like 5 meters and one thin wall) the latency over WiFi to the router is still around 20ms.

I can't pull ethernet as I would usually, so I've been thinking about trying powerline adaptors, but have no experience, should I just get ones with hight enough bandwidth advertised and see how it goes? Can they actually help the latency over the WiFi?

Additionally, have setup in home streaming setup from pc to laptop connected to my TV, with sunshine nad moonlight, however with the WiFi I get frame drops from the main computer (the laptop is close to the router so connected directly) and even whole connection can sometimes drop. So with the powerline I was thinking if something like Eaton usb+DisplayPort over Ethernet is what I should look into.

Just looking for experience or things I might have missed while quickly looking over the prospects, thanks 🙏👍
