Website not opening on Safari (Mobile, Web & Tablet)

The site is made using Wordpress CMS and Safari is saying TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS and not opening the website at all. The website is opening fine on other Desktop browsers like chrome. I can't pin point the exact reasons why this is happening. Need help as this is a critical website that needs to be accessed. 

I ran Traceroute and Ping but the results for Traceroute is more than 40 points with multiple * * * suggesting the time out which is not the case because the website is working on Android and Windows without any problems. 
Ping is just timing out and we are getting 100s of Request timeout for icmp_seq (number)
