Play music from USB on weird radio

At my job, we have a radio that plays music from Internet.

 

We want to play some music from USB drive. Could you help me figure this out.

It looks like a Raspberry Pi in a commercial installer’s enclosure. Whether you can plug anything else into it is going to depend on how they’ve set it up. Conceivably you might be able to boot off of a drive or something but that’s a better question for the Linux people among us.
