If i were to RAID two SSD's  to RAID 0 will it be like the operating storage or secondary storage?

and is there any draw back if i were to RAID different capacity of SSD or two different brand ones? for eg. 120gb and 250gb.

O/S

It would identify as a single drive.

Part 2 (not too sure) depends on the raid controller. You can but I'm not too sure if the benefits would be worth it.

Two different drives would probably cause the faster drive to regress to the speed of the slower one (assumption)

Error: 410

It is generally recommended that you put identical drives in RAID 0. Two 120GB drives in RAID 0 will mean 240GB of storage space

I used to run Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB's in RAID-0, would be seen as 1.85TB in Windows, speed increase was pretty baller too.
