Games keep crashing

Johnsmith45

I was trying to format a sd card on my computer and downloaded a number of software. I was unsuccessful formatting the sd card. Every time I open a game it crashes. I would rather not reset my computer.

Specs?

What does event viewer say about your crashes?

When it crashes, does it just turn off or do you see the BSOD?

Nothing to go off of here, man. At least tell us what software you downloaded before it started crashing...

AMD 3600x, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL14, GTX 1080, and Ungodly Amounts of Storage

You are playing multiplayer games that have anti cheat and that can cause multiplayer games to crash and also if you play another game after the multiplayer game then the anti cheat can still be running in the background and it can mess up the other game.

I have not used any cheats. I couldn't load into Windows so I formatted my OS drive and reinstalled Windows.
