7600 + 6700xt + 32gb 5600c30

this is about what 1000€ will get you atleast if you wanna stick to all new though you can get some pretty big improvements if you buy used

Used 6800(xt) or 3080 should be around the 350-400€ mark, both are significant upgrades over the 6700xt and i highly reccomend buying a used gpu here

Used 850w gold units like the rm(x) or equivalent usually go for around 40-60€ and are alot better than the psus that you can get new for that price so i also reccomend a used psu here

Imma just copy paste this here cause there just so happened to be someone with the exact same country and budget and this reccomendation just so happens to also fit your needs

Though you may wanna consider a used 5800x3d + used b3/450 + 32gb ddr4 combo instead cause strategy games seem to benifit alot from the extra cache and you can also save abit of cash (cpu is about 200-250€, boards are ~50€, rams are ~60€ new) and also get a better gpu, just check some benchmarks on yt to confirm

Budget (including currency):  1000€ (~1055 USD)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Europa Universalis IV, Cities Skylines 2, mostly strategy games

Other details: I am planing on replacing my whole PC, my peripherals stay. I use an Acer ED273 (68,6 cm (27 Zoll) Full HD (1920 x 1080) 75 Hz). I use PoP_OS

Also this will be my first self built PC

Here is what I put together on PCPartPicker:

Wheres the RAM?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
