Mobile game internet connection issue

I have this problem were some mobile game display this message can't connect to server  in game whenever I do things like Complete a match  or claim a reward but this only happens  on my wifi /wifi network anything anyone knows to help me fix it and reseting  or reinstalling the app doesn't work
