ram upgrade

i have 2 8gb ram sticks both clocked at 3600 MT/s and i wanna upgrade my ram i was thinking to buy 2 16gb ram sticks and both 3600 MT/s will they work or will there be any kind of bottleneck
my pc specs are 
processor intel i5 12600k
motherboard msi pro z690-A 
gpu RTX 4060

but do you need 32 gigs? Like if you're only gaming and you're not hitting the limit I don't think you need to spend any money on more ram

actually i dont use it just for gaming but for productivity like photoshop, maya, blender, unreal
