Hi! So, some time ago I bought a new PC, not very powerful, but it does the job. Let's go straight to the problem. Many games that I could run in medium and high settings in 60 fps now I can barely run on low. For example, fallout 4 with over 65 mods had a constant 60 fps with settings on medium, now on low without mods it barely reaches 45 fps but not constantly, it fluctuates between 35 and 45. Dying light on high settings ran at 60 fps without problems, now it barely reaches 45 fps. These are only 2 of the games i can't run anymore on pc.SO ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME!THANKS!

Read the "Read before asking for help" sticky thread and put the info it asks for in your post, please.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Was one of those mods having to do with optimization?  Careful when comparing mods vs no mods.

So you went from 60 FPS to 45 on both games?

Those are the only games with issues?  Or you can't run anymore games than those 2?

Nope, I didn't have modes for optimization. Dying Light went from 55-60 to 35-45, to be more precise, and Fallout 4 is in the 30-45 area, but 45 is very rare. I mentioned that there are 2 of the games that I no longer play can run or have very low performance now. Other games are The Witcher 3 version before the next-gen update, Prey, Doom Eternal, Minecraft, PUB, Ark, Apex Legends and the last one I tested is Call of Duty WW2.

Did you clean your PC from inside? Did you make sure you have no thermal and power related issues? Did you change any BIOS or power settings? Graphics Control Panel? Perhaps Windows updates? Make sure you have the latest driver and Windows updates. Which Windows are you running now? Specs of the PC would also be nice.

PLEASE MARK COMMENTS AS SOLUTION IF SATISFIED!!

bigger number better, makes me look cooler.

So everything you mentioned is normal, from the moment I started to lose performance I monitor everything from the moment I open the pc, the only thing that increased quite a lot are the temperatures, but that's because it was summer and the temperature in the room was quite high, since the weather has become colder the temperatures have dropped.

I can't work with "normal".  Need actual numbers.

Normally, I mean they are close to how it was when the PC was new. And no, the performance did not increase even if the temperatures dropped, The Long Dark ran 60 fps on ultra settings, still 60 fps but not on the same settings, I had to reduce many of them. NOW,CPU IDLE 45 FROM 55 CELCIUS IN SUMMER,YES THE COOLER IS STOCK,GPU HUGE IMPROVEMENT FROM 45 CELCIUS IDLE TO 35.

Idle temps don't mean anything else than your cooler being properly installed and working. Could you please post some specs? Usually such "sudden" performance drops come from updates to games, OS or drivers.

Also, to see whether it's temps or not, we need temps during load. Both while gaming and while running benchmark or stress test.
