Overclocking Help!

I have this BENQ G615HDPL and it just occurred to me if it's possible to overclock it. I have no experience with overclocking so I went here asking for your help

What GPU do you have? If it's Nvidia it will be a lot easier.

 I have a very old NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS

You should be able to (I don't know about a card that old) as long as you have semi up to date drivers. 

 

 

It's really trial and error just like a CPU or GPU, take it up only about 3-5Hz at a time.
