my cmd isnt working help

And yeah - if cmd doesn't work then use powershell for sfc /scannow

Also that C:\Windows\System32:

Try creating a shortcut on your desktop for cmd.exe. After creating It, right click on properties, then click on advanced properties and select run as admin. Then click on the shortcut.

well.. the location where OP get it from are likely to be a contributor on the virus side of the internet.. if it's not a trojan in itself. 

It has been like that since.... the 80's...

thanks for the solution i used powershell for sfc and my CMD works now !
