Fire burned laptop

Hi,

Had a fire last night and while the damage was contained, my laptop has a burned plastic smell. It is working fine, but it smells. What can I do to solve this?

Ummmm, don't use the computer, that is a fire hazard. It could've nicked some wires and has some burned circuts.

has the fire come near the laptop, or has it only seen smoke?

that's the most useless fearmongering i've seen to date.. the idea an external fire could damage the PCB or wires, but somehow didnt overheat the battery is so far fetched it may as well not be considered at all.

Ohhh external fire. nvm then. Idk why I thought it was inside lmfaoooo. I was half asleep mbmb
