Logitech G920 scam?

I've been looking for wheels for quite some time and found a G920 for 65EUR, the normal price for used in my area is about 150EUR to 250 EUR, I've asked the seller for some more pics and a video where he shows the wheel working, haven't got the answer yet. Is this a scam or have I just found the deal of the century?

What platform are you buying on?

If the fellow will accept a payment platform that has buyer protection, that might help. Venmo goods and services or Paypal goods and services for example.

I'm meeting the guy irl and paying in cash

Oh in person? Might be a good deal. Just meet somewhere you are

a. safe
b. under the eye of cameras, like police station or starbucks
c. have the ability to test the device you're buying.

Pretty much this. If you have a laptop, you can bring it to plug the webcam in and test.
