Print screen key on any keyboard functions as F1 key. Alt+PrintScreen works as it should.

OK, found out that the key was mapped probably by SharpKeys. Though I don't recall ever using that program before.

The  problem is basically described in the topic title.

The windows settings should also be fine.

The OS is canary of 11 insider - 25941.000
