Budget (including currency):  $1300-1400 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, GTA , Elden Ring, AAA games, Streaming 1080p and editing and rendering.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  just need a monitor pref 160 -240 (1440p) but that doesn't have to be part of the budget! Would be nice if possible but not trying to go way over. $1500 is the MAX MAX. (I know this is a stretch but white theme if possible). Thankyou so so much guys. 🙂

I've managed to build a PC that might be able to do what you want. I'm unsure about the GPU and CPU combo if it can run AAA titles at such frame rates, but there should be some headroom. It'll cost around $1356.59 CAD.

Don't tell me to upgrade. I would've done so if I could.

Don't think you can get a 1440p monitor with the budget, it'll cripple your GPU budget and then it won't be good at 1440p

A mix of black and white, some white parts are overpriced. Smaller mATX board will look neater in an mATX case, a fit for fit:
