HP Reverb G2 right controller not pairing after trying everything

I have tried to pair my right controller so many times but nothing, the manual pair button works but doesnt put it into pairing mode. The left one is paired and works in games.

 

The right one turns on but just doesn't want to connect. 

 

Any ideas?
