FPS capped to 60

Hi,
i have a 144hz monitor , i've a rtx 3060ti. Set up on both windows and nvidia control panel to unlock/set fps to 144hz but they are always locked to 60. tryied also to reinstall nvidia driver. the monitor also is on 144hz. In games they say more than 60 but that's not it.  someone can help ?

How are you judging that games are locked at 60fps if in-game counters say the frame rate is higher? 

 

Do you have more than one monitor connected? 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

just one monitor connected , i'm judging with nvidia fps counter, and also with my eyes , cause im used to a 240hz monitor pc
