The 6700XT doesn't draw that much power(230W max), neither does a 13600K while playing games (most likely 70W, 100W worst-case). He'll be fine with a 750W power supply. He should just make sure to look at the PSU tier list and get a good quality one, I personally like the beQquiet ones
