question about FEMA?

so i couldnt find the answer to this online,heres the story.

 

so i was at my house playing some supreme commander after 6 years. and i heard knocking at my door(its hard to hear knocks on a metal door.) and the FEMA guy didnt ring the door bell. so when i relized that somones at my door i quickly ran to open it. but i was too late as i saw the FEMA guy go back to his car(which wasnt even parked infront of my house, but that could means hes going from door to door but he didnt turn left to get to the next neighbor he went to his car, unless his car was parked on that left side ANYWAYS i digress). 

 

what do you think FEMA was at my house for. i dont live on the west coast where all the brush fires are happening i live in new york where there is nothing but rain and sun right now. 

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

Maybe precautions about flooding. Since flooding can happen anywhere even if you don't live near a water source. Or maybe the guy was in the wrong place.

it is kinda windy and rainy today.
