upgrade After Upgrading GPU what should I do next?

Country: Ireland (but I buy in Germany/Spain)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Microsoft Flight Sim (Monitor & VR) & general use

Hi there, 

I upgraded my GPU last year and now I'm undecided on what I should upgrade next.

Current build
i7-9700K
ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING
Corsair - Vengeance 64gb DDR4-3200
EVGA 3080FTW 10GB
Be Quiet Straight Power 11 Platinum 1200W PSU
Asus Rog 27" 1440p Monitors x2
HP Reverb G2 VR headset

Main use is for Microsoft Flight Sim (Monitor & VR)
 

Considering
1. 27" 4k 144hz Monitor
2. i7-13700k, DDR5 Z790 Motherboard and DDR5 Ram

 

Unfortunately I can't justify doing both!

Any and all suggestions are very welcome.

You can do both*

 

But instead of a 13700k pick up a used 12600/12700k(f), and instead of wasting money on ddr5 pick up a used ddr4 z690 and reuse your current rams, if you are concerned about performance simply overclock your rams to 4000-4200 in gear 1 and tighten subs
