GPU Dead PCIE (on the gpu)

In other words, diagnosing and repairing that graphics card is likely more expensive than buying a new card.

I tested on 2 motherboards, one that was fine nad one that wasn't fine. Both Motherboards turn on fine but my gpu wont send a signal even when tested on all pcie slots. I tested all the hdmi's and Display ports on my gpu. but it wont show a screen, is it possible to replace a gpu pcie slot (on the gpu)? if so please send a link or help.
