YouTube notifications not working.

My notifications about video uploads stopped showing on YouTube. I tried disabling and re-enabling notifications for the channels I want notifications from. Still didn't work. Ya anybody facing this same issue?

PLEASE MARK COMMENTS AS SOLUTION IF SATISFIED!!

bigger number better, makes me look cooler.

YouTube Notifications have been broken for over 5 years on all my accounts. To clarify, they work, but it seems YouTube gets to decide what notifications I do / don't see, even if I explicitly enable them for certain channels. I've given up all hope at this point.
