CMOS battery fried?

My pc wasn’t showing any output so I took it apart and the first thing I did was reset the CMOS. It fixed my PC but it has these burn marks on it.

More likely signs of corrosion. The battery only has around 3–3.3V, not enough to get burn marks.

Is it something that I should replace/be concerned about?

Not really. It could also simply be mechanical wear, from being on the board during transport and shipping.

 

You can always replace it, should be fairly cheap, but unless the BIOS starts forgetting settings, I see no real reason to.

The local shop has those 2032 batteries for about $2.50 and some change so not really difficult to change if required.
