High quality ratchet for DIY LTT screwdriver

Seeing all the amazing, innovative community takes on the LTT screwdriver design is great but they lack a good ratchet. 

 

What high quality ratchet options are out there that can be press fitted?

Currently I am only aware of ratchets with D6.3 1/4" mounting requiring a cnc-milled metal adapter to mount it to a 3d printed shell.

People never go out of business.
