JVC fire TV screen issue

Hi all! I have JVC fire TV, only just a month out of warranty and it's developed a screen issue. I've reseated and cleaned all the ribbon cables I could easily get access to, but this has not helped. I've tried manipulating the cables while the TV is on, and the problem remains consistent, so I'm feeling it could be the controller or even the panel it's self. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know the circuits and cables are very cheap to replace, so hoping to get an easy cheap fix. It is only a £300 TV though, so not the end of the world.
