Computer Time Out and Lock Issue

Hello, I am having an issue with my computer's screen turning off (but the computer not going to sleep), and my computer locking, instead of it staying unlocked with the screen off like it usually does. My computer would only lock if it were to go to sleep but never when the screens would turn off and the computer was still on. This issue started happening after I was messing around in the screen saver settings. I no longer have a screen saver on but I can't figure out how to fix this problem and revert back to how it was.

Unfortunately this didn't work.
