BF3 crashes a LOT, this is the error message that appears after every crash

Anyone got any idea what i need to do to fix this?

 

Tried updating drivers? or rolling back to an old version?

Reinstall the Driver and your DirectX 11 Driver

Set your GPU to the preset clocks and install the latest stable drivers.
