The 850 watts might be overkill, you're gonna be fine with 750w or might even 650w. 

 

On another note the 3820 is fine for gaming, but for video editing and a more work oriented build I would recommend the 3930k. You could just get a good Z77 MB and get the 3770k and it would perform just as good - or even better - than the 3820. You would save some money too.

It looks like they are not going for a gaming build though, judging by the W7 Pro... Perhaps they think the 3820 gives you more upgrade options, which it does, as does the 850W power supply.  Still, a pretty lolz build if you ask me.  I wonder if they would hire me as a computer authority to keep up with the market and do builds for them...
