For me. I say grab some new noctua fans then put some led strips. I'm not fond of led on fans. it's just my 2 cents.

ie: this coming from a guy with his 2nd build so many years ago looks like a disco light rammed it with so many led fans and other leds on my rig and it looked stupid.

Live your life like a dream.

It's your decision. Are the Noctua fans quieter than some LED fan? Most likely.

What do you prefer? Noise over aesthetics?

I say you should get the new Noctua IndustrialPPC or Redux fans (whichever look better in your opinion) and some Bitfenix Alchemy Connect LED strips of your favorite color, you get quiet nice looking fans with some bling too.

Noctua NF-A14-PWM 14cm Silent Fan, or you might also consider SP120 quiet edition

Larger diameter fans generally make less noise because they can move the same amount of air with less rotations.
It really doesn't make that much of a difference other then the esthetics what brand you choose...
As long as you make sure your fans are optimized for static pressure on your radiators.

Everything on that list is either low or medium range other than the noctua's, so yeah I'd say either the P12 or A14
