Gaming OC have usually better cooler

Their "Gaming OC" line up has always been the higher up tier in Gigabyte graphics cards.

iirc its Aorus > gaming OC > Eagle 

So get the Gaming OC one if price difference is like 20-30$
If the price difference exceeds 50$ it wont be that much worth it, I'd feel bad.

If their price is the same or you don't care to pay 50-100$ more then go ahead and get Gaming OC because it is the better built card.
then you might as well get the overbuilt aorus version, because that'll likely be a bit more expensive that gaming OC

but again its just you're maybe getting a higher quality version of the same thing, better cooler and whatnot, you need to decide if its worth it.

4060 Ti 8GB is just terrible for the price, might want to consider something else.
