That price is kind of dumb considering you can get XFX's 6950 XT for $630 right now and it's been under $600 in the past few weeks. 

 

7800 XT can make some sense at $500, but not much higher.

I agree that the price isn't good. I'm just saying that the cards were available on Amazon. They just sold out, and Amazon search results don't show listings for products that aren't available for purchase.

 

Newegg is totally sold out, too. The only ones available to buy are back orders.

Yeah, agreed.

 

Though I can't remember a time I was waiting on a release day to get something not a video game.

 

If it were me, I'd be grabbing a 6950XT like a boss right now, or even a 7900XT.  

 

7800XT can suck it.

funny thing is this launch isn't even amazing like the 30 series but it's still selling out
