Not unless you install android, which was developed up to 2.3 Gingerbread and ran like poo. There are no emulators as far as I'm aware.

Although that is an exaggerated number, you right about apps coming to iOS first. However, not ever every app that's on Android comes out for iOS; largely due to different store policies.
