Hello,

R7 Am5  7700x  Deepcool AIO LS520 240mm

32gb g skill 6000mghz

TUF 3080ti

PSU:Rm850x

I have been using Hwinfo64 to monitor temps and there are times where the maximum column will hit 90 or just high 80s.

the average column never breaks 55c

the max column just makes me nervous and this is my second rig and first am5.  Anyone that can educate me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all!

Try to check in Ryzen Master and Aida64 if there are sudden spikes in temps.
Always set pump speed to full speed from Bios.

Weak cooling is the problem. Either with the way you have your system setup, or the actual performance of the cooler is weak.

Modern chips run hot because they boost until they got a thermal limit, I don't see this being an issue tbh

If someone has helped you out on the forum don't forget to give them a reaction to say thank you!
