Are you prepared to put the hours necessary into tuning the memory to make sure it works? There are no boards on the market that are reliable to just enable XMP and run DDR5 7600, and the 13th gen memory controller is very temperamental when you're running at speeds above ~6800, even on the good boards.

Besides, 14th gen is releasing in a little over a month and going to have a significantly better memory controller. Given you're going for what feels like a top of the line system, you might as well wait and get a 14900K instead.

13th gen does 6400 stable at most. Unless you wanna spend an entire day hand tuning in the single changes and hoping you are lucky enough to get it working I'd say leave it as is. 13th gens memory controller isn't good enough

Oh and as for board a decent b760 is good enough you aren't ocing a 13900ks anyway without a custom loop watercooling. Or jsut a budget z790

i will most likely do custom water-cooling loop again, as this is my 3rd build.

Your power is mostly going to come out of said cooling. Getting a board with good VRM is already 70% of the battle on the current breed of Intel Hybrids with how aggressive they boost.
