Undervolting GPU issues

So I have been experimenting with Undervolting my Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT. Once I got it down to 950mV, it crashed. In more detail, all the applications went black while I was doing a stress test and then the whole monitor went black. When I opened it back up, my second monitor was not receiving signal while the first was dimmer. I assumed this was just because it was not getting enough power, so I opened up afterburner and tried to reset it, but the reset button didn’t work and I was not able to change the voltage, gpu core and memory clocks. AMD Adrenalin does not work, and I have tried updating my drivers. I have tried uninstalling afterburner and deleting my profiles, but it did not change it. I enabled my gpu on device manager but it didn’t change anything.

Adrenalin has the tendency to just break if you crash in the right way. You need to DDU in safe mode and do a full driver reinstall.
