Apex, Waframe, Fortnite, GTA, Minecraft and Small Indie games, multitasking for writing and watching videos while calling on discord. 

Other details: I plan to buy peripherals at a later date, i have an adequate keyboard and mouse now, the monitor is something to be desired. (I either use some old televisions or an HPL1945wv), I also will be using a third party PS4 controller for gaming since I just can't use keyboard and mouse.

i semi agree with why_me on his suggestion. you would do better to go with the 5600, since its only $10 more. it performs better and wont have a redundant igpu that can lessen performance

 

however, i disagree with changing the ram. 16 gb is fine, especially since youre going over budget with the cpu change. AMD also prefers around 3600 mhz for the most part from my understanding. if you find you need more ram later you can add sticks of the same speed or swap to a different kit later on.

I agree 32GB makes sense, I'm often above 15GB Ram usage. Depends if your tidy or not.

I disagree about igpu being redundant. I think it's an asset.

But the 5600G has less cache and is only PCIe Gen 3. So the 5600 is indeed a good alternative.

I'd rather go (little) slower 2TB then (little) faster 1TB

I think you can do better than that mb, DVI ? I like the Asrock Steel Legend for example

Atleast improvement in heat management compared to its predecessor the P2. But yeah, P3 Pro and P5 Pro isnt that far behind, and the last gen Samsung 970 Evo continues to drop.

32GB of RAM, and remove the iGPU on the same CPU. Although that extra cache is really damn good for Fortnite and Apex in particular so if you can go and get the 5600 for 40 euro more. Although if we go mixed vendor:
