It entirely depends on budget and what you're trying to do for what to upgrade to. A 5600 might be the best option, an 5800X3D might be best, or maybe even a 5950X might be best. There's enough variables that go into it that without some other information it's impossible to say one way or another.

What CPU do you have? If you have Ryzen 1000 or 2000, almost certainly not, at least without a ton of effort. If you have Ryzen 3000 or 5000, then probably.
