Quantom Velocity on AM5

I just received by quantom velocity that claims support for am5 (and came with their am5 standoffs) the standoff seems to be to wide. has anyone else ran into this and were you able to remedy it

It should all then align perfectly. Make sure you don't rotate the block in the wrong direction and follow the manual closely as in mentions specific installtion prep and such
