gtx 1650 super microstuttering even after driver un/reinstall

My power supply is a s 12 3 550 by seasonic. I have uninstalled my drivers via ddu 4 different times today and installed 4 different drivers and on all of them I'm experiencing the same microstutter how can i fix this? its happening both outside of and inside of games. Is my GPU dying? stutter not there when in safe mode.

Try to disconnect your 2nd monitor from the PC.  Does the stutter still happen?

if it starts acting up again i will try that however after being up and running for a little bit after the most recent install of drivers it seems to have disappeared. Thank you though.

No worries!   Hope it stay like this   Write here if it happens within a short time. Make a new post if it starts happening after its been a while.
