dont shop for fanless cases; shop for cases that fit your budget and preferences, and if there's fans included that's a nice bnus then.

also - the idea that you have a set budget for a case without fans and then factor in having to buy fans.. is sort of backwards. you have a total budget, use the total budget where it makes sense.

having that said.. memex has about a douzen cases that fit your budget.. past that it sort of comes down to what preferences you have.

Why does it need to be fanless? Even the crappiest, cheapest cases now usually have at least one 3-pin exhaust fan.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Im looking for a cheap fanless mid tower in Canada. Any suggestions?

why would u want a case without fans? Your PC could and most likely will overheat and what do you mean by cheap there has to be a budget.

It's literally almost impossible to buy a case without fans. You're not going to save any money this way.
