fpsstutters Stuttering Issues *PC*

Hi, Pickleman321 Here, My Computer Is Stuttering to 8 fps and goes back up to 60 and then goes to 8 or 9 then goes back up to 60, i have a beast of a pc, tutorial over and over but not quite right, anything i do it doesnt fix it, please linus community! HELP! also my pc is idleing 64 degrees celcius, is that high for a cpu to be idling only nitrosense?

Full computer spec please.  64c during idle seem a bit high, maybe its thermal throttling when you play games.

Intel UHD Graphics

8GB ram

wifi 160mhz

also Hin, I Have It Stable At 51 Degrees, I Just Had Stuff Thermal Throttling i think also it fps stutters 8 and 60 8 and 60

 

its 1500 dollars its a beast of a pc

it fps stutters in pubg battlegrounds, installed msi afterburner but im scared to oc it, also i just restarted it so it needs to cool down

everytime i play a game it stutters to 10 fps and goes back up to 60 *repeated* please leave your tip in the comments also pc specs are...

RAM is light,  have you checked your usage during gaming?

What game are you playing.

I assume you can't make a video and upload it to YouTube so we could see it ourselves...
Just in case check that:
- Your active GPU is set to RTX 3050
- Close every other program including web browser before you start the game

As Dedayog says, 8GB RAM might not be enough.

Hello! I am Pickleman321, My Computer Is Getting These FPS Stutters, My Audio Bursts And Goes To 10 And Goes Back up to 60, I Have It At The lowest settings on fortnite and its still lagging, major stutters, please help linus!

I am sorry to tell you, but you don't have a beast of a PC>  You have a moderately decent gaming laptop that is a few years old and may need to be blown out for dust?   How are you using it?  On a desk or your lap?  It needs more cooling than it's getting probably too.

 

Maybe look at a cooling solution for it, or to raise it up a little off the surface it's resting on.
